Our name comes from the Welsh for arrow and is symbolic of strength, courage and precision.
Our mission is to help organisations, and the people that work in them make better decisions; decisions that are grounded in evidence, shaped by experience and build to last.
WORK WITH US
We tell clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. That's what makes us useful — and why clients come back.
We start with rigorous research. Every recommendation we make is grounded in real data, not convention or instinct alone.
We recognise the benefits of a collaborative approach, of representing diverse voices and championing inclusion.
Academic rigour in service of real change. We care that our work makes a measurable difference — not just a compelling report.
Strategic and operational audits, governance and board effectiveness reviews, change management and facilitation services – all built on private, public and third sector experience spanning Accenture, Hay and Deloitte.
Learn more →For both individuals and organisations, Katrina and Helen’s expertise in leadership enables in-depth coaching for tomorrow’s leaders.
For organisations we also offer bespoke capability-based recruitment, candidate profiling and future leader development (including talent management and succession planning strategies).
Generating deep evidence via bespoke qualitative research, providing analytic insights on your existing data and advising on future data strategies.
For doctoral candidates, academic and organisational researchers, advanced methodological training and support.
Saeth Consulting brings a different way of thinking to your organisation based on extensive consultancy and research experience – a combination that is genuinely rare. Together with our pragmatic, flexible approach we offer something distinct in management consultancy in Wales and beyond.

Following 10 years with Accenture specialising in change management, Katrina held academic roles at University of London, LSE, The Open University and Swansea University, where she is now an Emeritus Professor. She has held many academic leadership roles including Deputy Dean and Interim Dean at the School of Management, Swansea University.

Helen brings consultancy expertise from a range of roles, including Hay, with a career spanning leadership development, executive assessment solutions, and organisational strategy. Alongside her consultancy work, Helen holds several non-executive directorships and remains an active academic researcher.
Both Katrina and Helen are active researchers — not former academics who moved into consultancy, but practitioners who hold both worlds simultaneously. This means the research informing your project is current, credible, and genuinely connected to practice.
Our research underpins everything from client engagements and executive coaching to doctoral supervision and our Beyond Binaries Research programme — an ongoing investigation into identity, experience, and organisational life.
Gathering qualitative data collaboratively with participants via flexible and adaptive methods.
Photo elicitation, mapping, and other visual approaches that surface meaning beyond words.
Facilitated workshops using LSP to unlock creative thinking and complex group sense-making.
Thematic, narrative, and discourse analysis — applied to your existing data or our primary research.
Whether you're an organisation navigating change, a leader looking for coaching, or a researcher needing support — we'd love to talk about how we can help.
